Processing of Refunds – Prestige Shuttle

Upon acceptance of a cancellation request, or if the User believes that he/she has been wrongly charged in respect of any particular Booking for an amount in excess of the Booking Price (and provided such excess amount has not been charged/debited for reasons attributable to the Payment Facilitator), the User may raise a refund request on the Platform, through the Authorized Channels, or by contacting the Prestige Shuttle support team, in accordance with the Company’s cancellation and refund policy.

Where Prestige Shuttle determines that a refund request is valid, the refundable amount (after deduction of applicable Cancellation Fees) shall be credited back to the User’s wallet, the bank account used for payment, or through the Authorized Channel used to make the Booking. The User expressly agrees and acknowledges that if the Booking was made through an Authorized Channel, any refunds (if applicable) will be processed through that Authorized Channel, and it will be the sole responsibility of the Authorized Channel to release the refund to the User. The User hereby waives and releases Prestige Shuttle from any claims, liability, or damages arising out of the Authorized Channel’s failure or delay in refunding the amounts to the User.

In cases where the User has paid an amount in excess of the Booking Price, or an amount has been wrongly deducted from the User’s debit/credit card, net banking, wallet, or other payment method due to reasons attributable to the Payment Facilitator or without User authorization, the User agrees that such refund claims shall lie between the User, the Payment Facilitator, and the concerned bank. The User hereby expressly releases Prestige Shuttle from any claims, damages, or liability in respect of the same. However, the User shall be required to email [email protected] or contact Prestige Shuttle customer care to initiate a refund request, which Prestige Shuttle will forward to the Payment Facilitator and/or bank along with an explanation of the circumstances.

Prestige Shuttle will make reasonable efforts to notify and follow up with the bank or Payment Facilitator regarding such requests. However, Prestige Shuttle shall not be responsible for non-acceptance, delays, or failures caused by third parties such as banks or Payment Facilitators in processing such refund requests.
