General Terms
Passengers may cancel their ticket booking with Prestige Shuttle at any time before the scheduled departure, subject to the applicable Cancellation Fee and in accordance with this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
How to Cancel a Booking
Cancellations can be made directly through the Prestige Shuttle booking platform, via our customer support center, or through an authorized agent who made the booking on behalf of the passenger.
If the booking was made through an authorized agent, it is the passenger’s responsibility to:
Familiarize themselves with Prestige Shuttle’s cancellation and refund policy (available on our website and booking platform).
Confirm cancellation terms directly with the agent before finalizing the booking.
Prestige Shuttle will not be liable for any loss or expense arising from failure to review or understand the cancellation policy before booking.
Cancellation Terms Provided at Booking
At the time of booking or cancellation, passengers will be informed of the specific terms, refund amounts, and applicable cancellation fees.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare situations beyond our control—such as Force Majeure events (severe weather, road closures, natural disasters, strikes, or other emergencies)—Prestige Shuttle may be unable to operate a scheduled service. In such cases:
We will make every effort to offer an alternative travel option, or
Provide a refund of the ticket price after deducting reasonable service charges, where applicable.
The maximum liability of Prestige Shuttle will be the refund of the ticket price.
Failure to Board
If a passenger fails to board the bus at the scheduled departure point for any reason (including lateness), Prestige Shuttle will not provide a refund for the unused ticket.
Cancellation Fee & Receipts
Prestige Shuttle will provide a receipt for any applicable Cancellation Fee. Passengers may request a copy of the receipt through our customer support channels. The Cancellation Fee will be deducted from the refund amount and is payable at the time of cancellation.
Changes to Booking Details
Prestige Shuttle does not allow changes to travel dates, times, or routes once a booking is confirmed. However, at our sole discretion and subject to seat availability, changes may be permitted upon payment of applicable alteration charges.
